Born and raised in Southern Africa, I began teaching in Marondera before emigrating to England.

After the birth of my 3 sons my career in schools continued as TA, governor and PTA member in Junior School and Librarian in a Secondary School.

I volunteer for the KSA and a local charity helping disadvantaged families.

I have a wide range of friends and many interests.

I have been a member of the NEC for over 25 years and was previously membership secretary.
