The trustees are pleased to announce that the KSA Conference and AGM will be held at Kents Hill Park in Milton Keynes from 17 to 19 May 2024.

This is a unique opportunity to hear what is new in the KS/XXY world and to meet others affected by KS/XXY, to chat, to connect, to learn.

We can confirm that we will have speakers from Guy’s multi-disciplinary clinic in London.

Dr. Richard Quinton, acknowledged endocrine expert on KS/XXY will be hosting a workshop.

Between them they will try to address all your questions about KS/XXY from childhood to throughout life.

Question time has been built in to each presentation and even more so in workshops.

We are delighted to extend a virtual welcome Professor Simon Baron-Cohen from the Autism Research Centre in Cambridge who will be telling us about his research into KS/XXY and autism.

Additional KSA conference highlights include:

  • updates on research projects
  • Supporting your Child’s Mental Health
  • How your Employer can make Workplace Adjustments to Help you Cope in a Work Environment.
  • Gender identity and KS/XXY
  • X and Y Fertility
  • Chromodiversity

Of course, there will be lots of time to chat at lunchtime and in coffee breaks but the Friday Night Get-together and the Saturday evening meal will give you much more time to meet friends, old and new,  to exchange information and ideas, to talk to others affected by KS/XXY – the people who really understand how you feel.

We will finish around 12.30pm on Sunday.

There is a ‘virtual’ option for those of you who are unable to attend in person. You should be able to view all presentations but, unfortunately  the workshops will not be streamed or recorded for confidentiality reasons.

Friday Night Get-together!

The Friday Night Get-together is a mainstay of the KSA calendar. We know it can be quite daunting for new members to walk into a room of strangers, so we encourage all members to join us on Friday evening.

You will be made very welcome and, by the time the Conference starts on Saturday, you will know lots of people so you can relax and enjoy the weekend ahead.

You can continue talking with your new friends during the Saturday Evening dinner. No cabaret, I’m afraid – but plenty of chat and laughter!

Both meals will be 3 course buffet style.
