Chair, Barry Duplock, welcomed attendees to the AGM

          Apologies were received from Jim Harkin (Membership Secretary)

          There were no matters arising from the 2022 AGM minutes.       

         The minutes of the 2023 AGM were agreed.

          Chair, Barry Duplock presented the Annual Report.

          Treasurer, Mike Green, presented the Annual  Accounts. 

          In the absence of Membership Secretary, Jim Harkin, the  Membership Report was                        presented by Claire Harkin, Honorary Secretary.

          Election of trustees:

         The following members were re-elected:                     

                     Chair: Barry Duplock

                     Vice chair: Alison Bridges

                     Honorary secretary: Claire Harkin                                          

                     Membership Secretary: Jim Harkin

                     Member of NEC: Ken Scott                              

                     Member of NEC: Andrew (Jim) Howard

                    Member of NEC: Chris Breen

                    David Adams was elected as a member of the NEC.

                    All votes were unanimous.
