Although it has been stated that men born with Klinefelter's syndrome have a greater risk of developing testicular cancer, a Danish study did not show an overall increased risk of testicular cancer [1]. This study showed a high risk of mediastinal germ cell tumour (Tumours similar to testicular cancer but occuring in the chest).
