Activity Weekend September 2021

At last the long postponed Activity Weekend was able to go ahead at the Dukes Barn. It wasn’t quite as cosy as usual because all the windows and doors were open for ventilation but it was just so good to see one another again!

The weather was good and we were able to enjoy the usual mix of activities, chat and relaxation – plus the odd bevvie or two!

We had a lovely mixture of old and new members but, by the end of the weekend everyone felt like they were with old friends.

These weekends are such a powerful way to build self esteem and confidence – I’m sure I can see some folk grow inches during the weekend!
