Vicechair, Alison Bridges, welcomed attendees to the AGM

          There were no matters arising from the 2023 AGM minutes.       

         The minutes of the 2023 AGM were agreed.

          Vicechair, Alison Bridges presented the Annual Report.

          Treasurer, Mike Green, presented the Annual  Accounts. 

          In the absence of Membership Secretary, Jim Harkin, the  Membership Report was presented by Claire Harkin,  Research Officer.

          Election of trustees:

         The following members were elected:                     

                     Chair: Paul Dutton

                     Vice chair: Chris Breen                                                              

                     Membership Secretary: Melanie Perrins

                     Trustee: Philippa Reed

   All votes were unanimous.
