KSA Annual Conference & AGM 8th – 10th May 2026

Image of The Village Hotel, Coventry

This year’s conference focus will be on practical and positive day-to-day support. We have worked towards having three strand running concurrently, so whether you are an individual with KS / XXY, a partner or parent or carer, supporting a friend/family member with KS / XXY, we hope to have something that will appeal to all.

Following a VERY generous donation, for the first time ever and exclusively for KSA members ONLY, tickets will be FREE. Check your emails for your promo code to use on eventbrite.

Saturday Evening

We have found a lovely little restaurant, Millsy’s, about 15 minute walk, or 5 minute drive, away from the hotel. They can host us for a KS evening gathering but we do need to know definite numbers to be able to book this and to be able to confirm pricing.

We are anticipating the costs to be approx. £20.00 per person.

Please show your interest in this by voting here asap – we will send out more information on this when we know people’s preference… WATCH THIS SPACE!!

Sunday Sessions to include

  • Dietitian and/or Gastro Advice
  • Empowering Families with SEND for EHCP support
  • Fertility
  • Living with Executive Dysfunction
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Research Updates

Quiet / Downtime Areas

We appreciate these weekends can be quite ‘full on’, with lots of information to take in and understand, and for some this can be overwhelming. This year, we will have a special area specifically for taking some time out.

Chromodiversity

New for this year we are delighted to be joining forces with Chromodiversity, to offer Teen and Adolescent activities for the Saturday. More information to follow.

Online Streaming

Obviously, we would like to be able to welcome everyone in person to experience the whole conference, but we know for various reasons this is not possible for all. Thanks to Fused, we will be again streaming the conference live and offering ‘Virtual Ticket Access’.
