Important survey about Covid 19 and KS/XXY

Covid

Below is a really important research questionnaire which we are asking all KS/XXY folk to please complete. It doesn’t take long, less than five minutes.

https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/QKS3DLJ

The Klinefelter Multi-Specialty Clinic at St Thomas Hospital, London is trying to estimate the risks and burdens of patients with Klinefelter Syndrome (KS) during the Covid 19 pandemic, especially in relation to thrombo-embolic events like deep vein thrombosis (DVT) – blood clot in leg, pulmonary embolism (PE) – blood clot in lung & strokes.

These questions can help us as doctors to tailor advice and guide recommendations for the national-access clinic and for other KS bodies such as the Klinefelter’s Syndrome Association (KSA).

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS CURRENTLY NO EVIDENCE THAT KS/XXY PATIENTS ARE AT HIGHER RISK OF COVID 19 THAN THE GENERAL POPULATION.

Thank you for your time and effort in helping us. The survey should take about 5 mins to complete.

For more information about the clinic & KSA please visit theklinefeltersyndromeclinic.com & www.ksa-uk.net.
